Plants are living organisms and naturally vary in size, coloration, shape, and appearance. Photographs are representative examples and may not depict the exact plant received.

Customers are responsible for researching and providing appropriate care for purchased plants.

Glasshouse Alchemy cannot guarantee plant health after delivery due to factors beyond our control, including environmental conditions, care practices, and growing methods.

Tissue culture plants require specialized acclimation procedures.

Customers purchasing tissue culture products acknowledge that successful acclimation depends on proper handling and environmental conditions after receipt.

Glasshouse Alchemy is not responsible for losses resulting from improper acclimation practices.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.

Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to reduce transit-related stress.

Shipment timing may be adjusted due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or operational considerations.

Glasshouse Alchemy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

We take great care in packaging and shipping every plant.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies when plants are shipped under appropriate weather conditions using qualifying shipping methods and when any required delivery instructions are followed.

Any issues must be reported within 4 hours of documented delivery and in accordance with our published guarantee requirements.

Failure to follow reporting requirements may void eligibility for replacement or store credit.

To submit a Live Arrival Guarantee claim, customers may be required to provide:

• Photographs of the plant

• Photographs of packaging materials

• Order information

• Additional documentation as requested

Claims that do not meet stated requirements may be denied.

Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are generally final.

Approved claims may result in replacement plants, store credit, refunds, or other resolutions at our discretion.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Products purchased for event pickup must be collected during the designated event or pickup period unless alternative arrangements have been approved.

Failure to collect an order may result in cancellation or forfeiture.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, educational materials, and branding, is the property of Glasshouse Alchemy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glasshouse Alchemy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the site without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
